MBK Terms and Conditions
MBK as in Montreal Business Kit.

Billing Method

Unless otherwise specified by the Client, MBK terms and conditions regarding services billings are done by email. Invoices must be paid prior to services being rendered and following bills if any must be paid in full within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after receipt of the invoice.

Payment

If a payment is not received or if the payment method is declined, the customer and/or sponsor forfeits the ownership of the service purchased. If no payment is received, no service can be rendered.

Refund Policy

Customer and/or sponsor must take into account the description of the service before requesting a refund. Montreal Business Kit is not responsible for refund if the service matches the description and if the customer and/or sponsor is unsatisfied. Services may be entitled to modifications and refunds less inherent fees may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

A service may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the customer and/or sponsor is responsible for the payment. Refunds less inherent fees may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Complaint

Any complaint about the service may be sent to Rachel Louise Barry. There is no guarantee of a resolution but each case will be looked at and analyzed individually.

Privacy

Your email address or any other personal identifying information will be used to correspond with you and/or to send you any information you specifically requested. Such information will never be distributed to a third party and will never be publicly visible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation, implementation, enforcement, validity and effects of this Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties irrevocably submit all disputes arising from this Agreement to Québec courts, judicial district of Montreal.
