Business Thank You Notes
How to say thank you using thank you cards.
First or foremost, thank you notes should not be a source of anxiety and should not be put off until later.
There's no point since thank you cards should not be sent to the same person more than every
six months.
Thank you notes have big things
going for them.
They are simple ways of showing our gratitude towards
someone, of keeping active our communication channels and of extending
our business relationships.
We need to build genuine business relationships, the kind that lead to
long-term friendships, personal growth and sales increase. Until we’re
dealing with people we know, we can’t use the full power of any of our networks.
How To Say Thank You
- I am impressed by the progress we made. We covered a lot of ground in a short time. Please don't hesitate to call me if ever a problem should arise.
- I enjoyed meeting you today. Thank you for sharing so much about your business. I look forward to talking with you again and I will give you a call in a few days.
- I really enjoyed our lunch on (...). Thank you again for a wonderful meal and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
- I understand your desire to think over your decision to (...). Just remember that I am here anytime you need help or have a question about our products and services.
- It was a pleasure chatting with you last (...). I am certain that we can help you and, if you have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
- It was a pleasure seeing you today. I hope I was able to answer all of your questions and I look forward to meeting you again.
- It was great to meet you at (...). A business lunch can sometimes lead to lasting business relationships, and I look forward to learning more about your business.
- It was great to meet you today for a business lunch at the (...). As promised, I will stay in touch and send you information about our products and services.
